Inside a fully automated charger factory

Rongjun Electronics automated production facility

Consistent quality at 200,000 units a month is not achieved by inspecting harder — it is achieved by removing variation. That is what a fully automated, standardized production line does, and it is how our Dongguan facility is built.

SMT and THT: where boards are born

Production starts in the SMT workshop, where pick-and-place machines mount components onto the PCB with sub-millimetre repeatability, followed by the DIP line for through-hole parts. Machines are calibrated on a fixed schedule, and incoming components — including our GaN chips — are inspected before they ever reach the line.

Assembly, aging and testing

After assembly and enclosure fitting, every single unit — not a sample — goes to the aging zone, where it runs under sustained load to prove long-term stability. It then passes a hi-pot dielectric test that verifies electrical insulation and user safety, and a final QC check of output, ports and finish before packing.

Why standardization matters to buyers

  • Unit 1 and unit 100,000 are built by the same programmed process, not by mood or shift
  • Defects surface on the line, not in your customers' hands
  • Lead times stay predictable because throughput is machine-paced
  • Audits are simple: the process is documented at every station

The result is a factory that treats quality as an output of the system, not an act of heroism. That is what lets us put a 100% testing guarantee behind every charger that ships.
