What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM orders — your logo, color and packaging on an existing certified model — the MOQ is 500 units per model. For custom-mold ODM designs, the MOQ is 5,000 units.
How long does sampling and production take?
Samples ship in 7–10 days. Mass production typically runs 15–30 days depending on order volume and the level of customization.
Which certifications do your chargers have?
Our GaN chargers are certified with CCC, CB, CE, FCC, UL, ETL and RoHS, covering the US, EU, UK, China and most global markets. We provide the certificates and support your compliance filings.
Do you offer OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. OEM covers custom housing color, finish, plug standard, packaging, manuals and logo on our proven models. ODM builds an entirely new charger around your specification, including a custom mold and fresh certification.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM puts your brand on existing certified hardware — low risk, fast launch, MOQ 500. ODM designs new hardware unique to you — new tooling and certification, MOQ 5,000. Many partners start OEM, then move a best-seller to ODM once volume proves out.
What wattages do you manufacture?
We manufacture GaN fast chargers from 30W to 140W, including 30W, 35W, 45W, 65W, 100W and 140W, in ultra-thin, lipstick, multi-port, built-in-cable and display-screen designs.
Which plug standards can you supply?
US, UK, EU, CN and AU plug standards, so your chargers are ready for the markets you sell in.
Do you ship worldwide, and what about export documents?
Yes, we ship worldwide and provide full export documentation and certification support to clear customs in your market.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment (for example T/T 30% deposit, 70% before delivery). Exact terms are confirmed on your quotation.
