How a GaN Charger Is Made in Our Factory: 7 Steps
Every charger, from a 30W phone charger to a 140W laptop charger, takes the same route through the factory. Every charger is tested individually, not just a sample. A unit that fails is repaired and goes through the full test again.
Incoming inspection
Components and GaN power chips are checked against the specification before they reach the lines.
SMT
Solder paste printing, pick-and-place and reflow build the surface-mount side of the PCB.
DIP
Through-hole parts such as the transformer and large capacitors are fitted and soldered.
Assembly
The finished PCBA goes into a flame-retardant V-0 PC housing with your logo, if ordered.
100% hi-pot test
Every unit gets a high-voltage insulation test between the mains side and the USB side.
100% aging test
Every unit runs under load in the aging racks to catch early failures inside the factory.
Final QC and packing
Output, ports and finish of every charger are checked one by one, then chargers are packed in bulk or in your retail box.

Quality Control and Test Equipment in Our Charger Factory
A certificate tests one sample. What protects your brand is how every unit is checked in production. Our outgoing inspection uses strict AQL limits: no critical defect is accepted, and a lot of 1,000 pcs fails if the 80-piece sample shows more than one major defect. Test equipment in our engineering lab
- AC power sources to run chargers at different mains voltages.
- DC electronic loads to draw the full rated power from each USB-C port.
- Power meters for input power and efficiency.
- Oscilloscope and multimeters to check output voltage and ripple.
- Microscope for solder joints and small parts.
- Aging racks on the production floor for the 100% load test.
- Anti-static clothing for operators in the SMT room.
Safety-relevant design choices are built in on every model: over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit and surge protection, and a flame-retardant V-0 PC housing.

A trading company resells what a factory designs. We design our own chargers, and two of our designs are patented. Our 25 engineers work in the same building as the production lines, so design questions are answered by the people who build the charger.
- PCBA design in-house: we design our own charger boards for USB-C Power Delivery, PPS and Quick Charge.
- PD profile and firmware: output steps and firmware settings can be customised for your devices.
- Our own patented designs: China design patents CN 308679717 S for our ultra-thin charger (granted June 2024) and CN 308510839 S for a compact cube charger (granted March 2024), both held by Dongguan Rongjun Electronic Co., Ltd.
- ODM projects: new housings and custom molds from 5,000 pcs, under NDA. The timeline is set per project after our engineers review your brief.
