This policy explains what personal data Dongguan Rongjun Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Rongjun”, “we”) collects through rongjunelc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are a charger manufacturer selling to businesses; we do not sell personal data to anyone.

What we collect
- Details you type into our forms (sample request, quote request, contact, price request, free guide): your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, message, and the product, market, volume or timeline options you choose.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including your number or address.
- Advertising measurement data: if you accept cookies, Google Ads records that you arrived from one of our ads and whether you then sent an enquiry. This uses cookies and similar identifiers set by Google.
- Settings stored in your browser: your cookie choice and your language preference. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, send quotes, samples and order information — this is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To follow up on an enquiry you started — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To measure which ads bring enquiries — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland.

We are based in China, so information you send us is received and handled in China. Some of the services above process data in the United States or other countries. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or doing business with you, and delete them no later than three years after our last contact, unless we must keep order and invoice records longer by law.
