Questions from US Buyers
Are your chargers UL listed?
The HK 65W holds an ETL listing from Intertek for the US and Canada. Most other models have a UL test report to UL/IEC 62368-1 from an independent lab, which is not a UL listing. If your retailer requires a listed charger, choose the HK 65W.
Do your chargers have FCC?
Yes. Every model on this page holds FCC authorization under Part 15, mostly as an FCC SDoC backed by a lab test report.
Do you ship DDP to Amazon FBA?
No. We sell EXW or FOB China. Your freight forwarder can deliver DDP straight to an Amazon warehouse. We apply your FNSKU labels at the factory so the cartons are ready for FBA.
What US tariffs apply to chargers from China?
Chargers fall under HTS heading 8504.40. On top of the normal duty, Chinese goods carry Section 301 tariffs, and US tariff rules changed several times in 2025 and 2026. Check the current total rate with your customs broker before you order, and include it in your landed cost.
Which US plug do you use?
The standard two-flat-pin US plug (NEMA 1-15), fixed or folding depending on the model; the CB ultra-thin and XPD-V30 have folding plugs.
Can I sell your chargers on Amazon US?
Yes; many buyers of USB-C chargers sell on Amazon. Amazon may ask for compliance documents such as FCC and safety test reports, which we send for your model. Check the current requirements for your category in Seller Central.
How long does shipping to the US take?
Production takes 10 to 20 days for 1,000 to 3,000 pcs. Sea freight to the US West Coast typically takes 15 to 20 days, to the East Coast 30 to 40 days, and air express 3 to 7 days.
What is the MOQ for the US market?
500 pcs per model with your logo; 300 pcs on request. The XPD-V30 is priced from 1,000 pcs.
