Our GaN Charger OEM Process, Step by Step
- Requirements and NDA. Send your model or idea, quantity, market and branding. We sign an NDA before you share designs.
- Quotation in 24 hours. You get a PI with price, MOQ, timeline and the certificates for your model.
- Free mockup. We show your logo, colour and retail box on the charger before anything is produced.
- Free sample. Existing models are ready in 3 days, and we can add your logo to the sample (1 pc per model, up to 2 models; you pay shipping).
- Deposit and production. After your 50% deposit we produce: SMT, DIP, assembly, 100% aging test and 100% hi-pot test.
- Final QC and inspection. We check the output, ports and finish of every charger and send you our inspection report; your own inspector (e.g. SGS) is welcome.
- Balance and shipment. You pay the 50% balance and we ship EXW or FOB with your forwarder.

What You Can Customize on an OEM Charger
Logo
Printed or laser-engraved on the housing, from 500 pcs. No setup or tooling fee, and a free mockup first.
Housing colour
Black and white as standard. Custom colours matched to your Pantone from 1,000 pcs (extra charge), any colour free from 3,000 pcs.
Retail box
Two box styles with your artwork, from 1,000 pcs. Manuals and barcode or FNSKU labels on request.
Plug
US, UK, EU or CN plugs; AU on the ultra-thin CB series, which can mix plugs in one order using adapters.
Ports
Choose the port layout each model offers, for example 1 USB-C, USB-C + USB-A, 2 USB-C or 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A.
PD profile and firmware
Our engineers can adjust the PD settings and firmware to your requirements, for example for a specific laptop.

ODM Charger Manufacturer: Your Own Design
Want a charger nobody else sells? As a custom charger design manufacturer, we develop it with you: from your brief, sketch or reference sample to a certified product.
- Engineering review: our 25-person team checks what is realistic for size, power, heat and cost before tooling starts.
- In-house design: circuit, PCBA and transformer, built around GaN chips from Yuantuo and controllers from Southchip, Meraki, Diansi and Fine Made.
- Mold, samples and certification: we plan the mold, the engineering samples and the certification run for your markets.
- MOQ 5,000 pcs, with a timeline we give you after the engineering review.

An OEM charger manufacturer is only as good as its engineering. Every charger we build, for any brand, gets the same design and testing:
- 25 engineers in house for circuit, PCBA, transformer, thermal design and firmware.
- USB-C Power Delivery, PPS and QC on every model; PD 3.1 up to 28V on the 140W.
- Protection on every board: over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit and surge.
- Flame-retardant V-0 PC housings.
- 100% aging test and 100% hi-pot test, then final QC of output, ports and finish.

- Small extra cost per piece: retail box (from 1,000 pcs) and plug adapters on the CB ultra-thin, HK 65W and ZC504.
- Custom colour: extra charge from 1,000 pcs; free from 3,000 pcs.
- ODM projects: mold, engineering and certification are quoted per project after our engineering review.

What to Send Us to Start an OEM Project
The more we know at the start, the faster you get an exact quote and the right sample. Send what you have; we help with the rest:
- Model or wattage you want, or the devices your customers need to charge.
- Quantity per model and your first-order date.
- Market and plug type, so we send the right certificates.
- Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and where you want it on the housing.
- Packaging: retail box (from 1,000 pcs), labels, FNSKU for Amazon, or plain.
- Special needs: colour, PD profile, or a new design for ODM.
Why Your OEM Charger Should Be GaN
GaN (gallium nitride) transistors switch much faster than silicon ones. That lets us use smaller transformers and capacitors, so a GaN charger is smaller and runs cooler at the same power. For a brand, that means a product customers notice:
